# RequestUserContextFailureReason

| FEATURE\_NOT\_ENABLED    | The feature is not enabled for your app. |
| ------------------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| *NO\_USER*               | No Sentiance user is present on device.  |
| UNEXPECTED\_ERROR        | An unexpected error has occurred.        |
| USER\_DISABLED\_REMOTELY | The user is disabled remotely.           |
